Our seasonal tune-ups are designed to prevent costly breakdowns, lower energy bills, and keep your system running safely year-round.
What’s Included in Each Maintenance Visit Airflow & Filtration
- Replace or clean standard filters (media filters such as 4" may incur an additional charge)
- Inspect ductwork for visible issues and leak
Electrical & Mechanical Checks
Test blower motor, compressor, and outdoor fan amperage
- Inspect all electrical connections for wear or damage
- Test capacitor microfarads and contactor function
System Cleaning & Drainage
- Flush and clean condensate drain line
- Clean indoor evaporator coil and primary drain pan
- Wash outdoor coil and remove debris from outdoor unit
System Performance & Safety
- Test system temperature differential (cooling/heating performance)
- Inspect for biological growth in indoor equipment
- Evaluate refrigerant charge (subcool/superheat as appropriate)
- Inspect and test heat exchanger, gas valve, and/or electric heat strips
- Coastal corrosion check (fasteners, fins, insulation on line sets)

Humidity Focus
Because humidity is a year-round challenge in the Lowcountry, we aim for an indoor RH of 45–55% where possible. If your home struggles with moisture, we’ll review solutions such as duct sealing, return air balancing, or whole-home dehumidifiers.
