Do you offer after-hours emergency service?
Yes. Our team is on-call for emergencies outside regular hours. For non-urgent issues, leave us a message—we’ll return your call the next business day

How do I decide between repair and replacement?
We consider your system’s age, condition, repair history, energy efficiency, and comfort level. If repairs near 30–40% of the cost of replacement on an older unit, replacement is often the smarter investment
Do you pull permits?
Yes. When necessary for replacements or major projects, Pinnacle manages all required permits.
Do you work in crawlspaces and attics?
Absolutely. We specialize in sealed, insulated ductwork for crawlspaces and safe, code-compliant installations in attics
Do you clean dryer vents?
